1. For each FAQ, address common queries like reservations, confirmation, special requests, and security, ensuring a seamless and informative guest experience. Start by logging into your My INNsight Dashboard

2. Select the OGD Section

3. Opt for 'FAQ Page.

4. Customize the homepage and inner page headings within a 200-character limit

5. Choose a background image for a visually appealing experience.

6. Provide detailed information with a 10,000-character description.

7. Tailor the source to 'Powered by INNsight' or 'Custom' based on your preferences; provide the details and save the changes.
