Add Hotel Extension Details

Access hotel extension details for seamless communication with staff, ensuring guests can easily contact the appropriate personnel as per their needs.

1. Log in to your My INNsight Dashboard to access your account

2. Navigate to the OGD Section within the dashboard

3. Select Telephone within the OGD Section

4. Scroll down to locate the Hotel Extension Detail section

5. Click on the add option to input the required extension name and value

6. Save your changes after providing the necessary information

7. If you need to edit any provided extension details, click the edit icon and make the required changes

8. You also have the option to delete any extension information by clicking on the delete icon from the action buttons
